How long will it take for my order to get to me?

For orders received on normal weekdays, we aim to despatch same day whenever possible. Delivery time will vary depending on your location.- see below for a guide to delivery times:

Standard Delivery £4.99 (2-5 Days)

Next Day £10.00 (UK Mainland only, orders must be placed before 8am, weekdays only. Please note we cannot offer Next Day service for orders placed at weekends and Bank Holidays)

Can my order be shipped outside the UK & Europe?

Yes - we are happy to ship worldwide. Please email us at info@cathcollins.com with your requirements and we will advise you on shipping rates and delivery times.

Can my order be shipped to an address other than my billing address?

Yes - simply log into your account and place your order as normal. Then proceed to checkout and enter the new delivery address in the Shipping Info box.

I want to send my order as a present, can you gift wrap it for me?

Yes - we will wrap your gift in crisp tissue paper and tie with a pretty ribbon. There will be a charge of £5 for each gift - just let us know what message you would like to send & we will enclose a hand-written gift card.

Can I change my order or the shipping address once my order has been confirmed?

If you need to change any details please email us at info@cathcollins.com. If the order has not already been despatched we will do our best to help. If urgent it is best to call us on 01803 813064 but please note that outside of normal office hours this will be an answerphone.

My order hasn't arrived, what shall I do?

If you have not received your parcel within the delivery guidelines shown above, please log into your account and click on Order History to display the order status.

My parcel was damaged in transit, what shall I do?

We pack everything very carefully and hope this doesn't happen, but if your order does arrive damaged, please get in touch straight away - info@cathcollins.com

I haven't received the correct items, what shall I do?

Your order is carefully prepared and packed by humans here in Devon. Occasionally we may be distracted by a passing pheasant or combine-harvester and make a mistake. If so please let us know at info@cathcollins.com

I need to return a product, what shall I do?
